At ALISENED, we are committed to providing a seamless shopping experience for our customers. We understand that sometimes, for various reasons, you may need to return a product. That's why we offer a 30-day free return policy, allowing you to return eligible items within 30 days of receiving them.

Eligibility for Return

In order to be eligible for a return, the item must meet the following criteria:

The item must be in the same condition as when you received it.
The item must be unworn or unused.
The item must have all original tags and packaging.

Please note that personalized or custom products cannot be returned.

How to Initiate a Return

If you wish to return an item, please contact our Customer Service to initiate the return process. You will need to provide specific details about the reason for the return. Our team will typically respond within 48 hours to provide further instructions and address any questions or concerns you may have.

Return Process and Timeframe

Once your return request has been approved, you will receive an email notification with further instructions. Please follow the provided instructions to complete the return process.

Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used for the order. Please allow up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in your account. Keep in mind that it may take additional time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund.

Shipping and Fees

Return shipping fees are not covered by ALISENED and will be the responsibility of the customer. Additionally, any applicable customs duties, taxes, or fees incurred during the return process will also be the responsibility of the customer.
